I took my first stroke in a rowing boat at Llandaff Rowing Club in Cardiff with Ysgol Plasmawr. I was instantly addicted to the sport and in 2007 after lots of coaching and hard training I was invited into the Welsh Rowing Team. I now train in Manchester where I study dentistry at university and have represented Great Britain for the last three years at the Under-23 World Championships. My ambition is to stand at the top of the podium at the 2016 Olympics in Rio.

Indoor rowing is the ultimate test of physical and mental strength. It’s an opportunity to push yourself to the very limit and see just how fast you can go - That’s why I love this sport! I’m very proud to be an ambassador for Gemau Cymru and hope that you have the very best race you can. Race hard and race to win!
