Conference facilities

The Urdd City Sleepover is based within one of Europe’s most iconic arts buildings, the Wales Millennium Centre, Cardiff Bay. In addition to providing accommodation for 153 we have conference and meeting facilities for hire.

The Urdd Hall is a purpose-built room suitable for all types of events such as theatre performances, business conferences and training seminars. Theatre style, the room can seat up to 150 people.
There are theatre lights, sound equipment and a digital projector available in the Hall.

The meeting room has video and phone conferencing facilities that are ideal for groups of up to 18 and who are looking for a professional
location to hold their meeting or interview. Two classrooms are available back to back, and can be used as one large room or split into two smaller rooms. In a theatre set up, each room can accommodate up to 35. A digital projector and an interactive whiteboard is available in each room.

Every room has wifi facilities. Laptops and IT support can be hired for any event. Hospitality can be provided for events of all sizes.
Our menu offers refreshments from tea and biscuits to a three course meal.

With public transport to the city centre and convenient links to the M4, the Urdd City Sleepover in Cardiff is an ideal and unique location to hold a range of events.
