I have many aspirations for this project. I hope to create opportunities for young people from accross north west Wales who have similar interests in outdoor activities, creating a common platform for participation, fun and achievevement through the medium of Welsh.

We're working with a range of different groups including secondary Schools, Youth Services, Aelwydydd yr Urdd, Colleges and voluntary organisations, delivering a range of acreditated outdoor and sports courses.

Over the next year our main aim is to increase the opportunities for young people to participate and become involved in outdoor activities through specific Urdd Gobaith Cymru outdoor clubs. We will be delivering a range of courses including developmental programmes, competitions and accreditation and leadership courses. We also hope to offer specific trips to extend young peoples horizons with the aim of establishing the first Urdd Gobaith Cymru Canoeing and Mountaineering clubs
