The Urdd Sports Department have a range of clubs to entice children and young people to have some fun, compete and perform weekly. Click here to see what clubs are on offer for you, come along to try out your favourite sport or to try something new, all through the medium of Welsh.
Courses
The Urdd Sports Department is proud of the qualifications we are able to offer our volunteers. The Department is able to offer a variety of courses in house or through partnership work with other organisations. Click here to see what is on offer for you and examples of previous courses.
Events
Wednesday:
Year 7 - 8 and 9 - 10 boys group games
Thursday:
Year 7 - 8 and 9 - 10 boys finals
Year 11+ Boys competition
Girls competition
Each team will need to register by 9:30 to start playing at 10:00
Age: Year 7-8 and 9-10 (Boys and girls)

Year 5 - 6 (year 4 competitors need permission from parents and the school)
Netball 9:30am - Plascrug Leisure Centre
5 a side football 9:30am - Plascrug Leisure Centre
Football 7 a side girls 9:30am - Blaendolau
Football 7 a side boys 9:30am - Blaendolau
Year 3 - 6
Cross country 1:30 - 4:00pm
Age: Year 5 and 6
Each team will need to register by 9:00 to start competing at 9:30
Age: Year 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10
Each primary school competitor will need to register by 9:30am and secondary schools by 11:00am
