The Urdd Gobaith Cymru Corporate Plan 2011-2014
This was approved by Urdd Gobaith Cymru Council in July 2010.
The plan states the Urdd’s vision and priorities, and explains what we intend to achieve during the 2011-2014 period. It explains briefly what the Urdd is, how the organisation oporates, and what its aims are. It includes targets to measure progress during this period.
The corporate plan will be the foundation for an action plan which will refer to methods of measuring performance and monitoring that are essential to ensure that we achieve our targets.
